R-GAS is our special gas that can replace acetylene, MAPP Gas or LPG
for
brazing, cutting metal, or light weight welding. R-Gas is low cost,
environmentally friendly, and does not present the explosion hazard of these
other gases. No more bottled gas deliveries or heavy bottles to drag around.
Produce the gas right on site. We cut out the middleman by putting our gas
producing equipment right in your facility. But, you do not have to buy the
gas producing equipment! If you qualify, we’ll put the equipment in your
facility for free ... You just purchase the gas it produces at 25% less than
what you are currently paying for other gases.
To purchase the gas you must have a minimum usage of $2,000 a month in
gas bills for cutting and brazing (not Argon).

R-Gas is a revolutionary new technology in
which water can be "burned" as a fuel. Through a patented process, water is
safely separated into hydrogen and oxygen gases, and then molecularly
rearranged to create a new, "stoichiometric" mixture, called R-Gas. It is
now HHO, rather than HOH, the usual molecular structure of water.
This amazing discovery
has brought about the creation of a revolutionary new gas welder with
"never-heard-of-before"
features ... With this one piece of equipment you can combine dissimilar
metals, cut steel, even weld aluminum. When the flame from R-Gas is applied
to any material, it develops the correct temperature required to weld, braze
or cut that material. So, the same flame that can weld aluminum can
sublimate tungsten.
The gas can be used with
all conventional blowtorches, ignition being obtained with a simple hot
spark.
The
flame does not emit ultra-violet light, thus welders do not require
expensive protective eyewear. The temperature of the flame, when not in
contact with material, is only 259º-279º.
When the flame from R-Gas
is applied to a material, it develops the correct temperature required to
weld, braze and cut just about any material. No temperature or gas
adjustment is required.
This variability allows
you to safely weld fast-melting metals and ceramics, directly weld aluminum
and Al-based alloys, and even sublimate tungsten metal with temperatures
exceeding 13,000ºF.
The flame can combine
dissimilar metals together such as brass and aluminum.
